Already shipping?

Ok I pre-ordered the new apple tv just minutes after the keynote and my status still says ships september.


But the weird thing is I placed a order for a new dock connector usb cable the other day and they are for some reason shipping it from shenzan china? I found that to be really strange. The weight seems to be higher than a little cable would weigh. It's on Lantua island now. This seems weird. Seems strange that the cable would be shipped at a local wearhouse since I can just run to apple store and grab one.

What do you think?

It's just the cable. I've ordered dock inserts before and they shipped them from China.

That sucks. Wish I just bought it at the store. Dont feel like waiting a whole week to ship here.

doesn't always take a week, i ordered an ipod and it came from china to anchorage then over to the east coast. took 48 hours to get to my local fedex location. i was pretty amazed.
