I sold an Apple TV 2 weeks ago. I disabled my iCloud Account in all settings on the Apple TV and restored the Apple TV to Default Settings.

I bought a new Apple TV. Now i can 2 Apple TVs on iCloud.com: The old and the new one.

There is no possibility to delete the old one. Does anyone know how to this?

Is that in the Settings/My Devices section of iCloud.com?

The layout is different from mine.

If it is the same place there have been a few threads about this. It seems some devices disappear cleanly, and others don't.

When I got an iPhone 6+ I gave my iPhone 5s to my wife and my iPad mini to my son. I signed out of iCloud, deleted them from Find my Phone etc and erased them. The iPhone 5s disappeared cleanly straightaway and the iPad Mini disappeared after about seven weeks.

Others have reported similar.

Looks like the 90 day thing may be right.

Should be the same section.
