Already unlocked..dont want to Jailbreak

Hi there...Bought a 3G which was already unlocked. Didnt know about Jailbreaking until I visted this forum and I dont think I want to do that because of my limited use (and I am a little nervous).
1) Anyways, when I plug my unlocked phone to my Mac and sync it with my itunes will there be any issues? I read in some other thread to diable automatic s/w updates. is that the only thing to be worried about?
2) Since it is unlocked I dont think I can or should register with Apple. Can I still sync my itunes with the phone
3) Is there any harm in using the App store to download apps since it is an unlocked phone (meaning will apple check or something?)

You're already jailbroken. There will be no issues. I have used mine fake-activated since four days after the original release. I have used it jailbroken since the day that the first one came out. I have used it unlocked since the day THAT first one came out.

Please search. You can't think you are the only one with this issue.

Actually dont they sell unlocked iPhones in someplaces in europe? Perhaps the OP has one of these. I think we need some more details before we can be of much help. If your phone is already Jailbroken, you should be able to do all of things you mentioned with little problem. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks...actually I didnt know about jailbreaking until i started reading here and also read somewhere that both (unlock and jb) are different. I bought it from the Middle-east and the guy unlocked it tested with my SIM and the phone is working fine. it is just that I am a little concerned after reading many posts about jailbreaking and bricking and all.

There's no such thing as bricking anymore. Unless you pull your iPhone out of the dock while the file is being transferred, it's impossible.
