For some reason I cannot connect to other users in iChat AV when trying to video conference. It used to work just fine, as did the audio. Now neither of them work and I really want it to. I am trying to chat with someone in an Apple store right now and it won't connect. Text messages go through fine, but I can never seem to connect for video and/or audio conferences. I've opened the ports that Apple says to on their support pages... I shut my firewall off... and I even enabled UPnP. It worked with a friend last night after enabling UPnP, but it doesn't work anymore. I can't connect to anyone.

If anyone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it. I really want to get this working! Thanks.

Edit: Apple support is awesome. :) A support rep walked me through the process of fixing it through a live chat. We then video conferenced after we fixed it. Cool stuff. :D

BTW, I fixed it by trashing my prefs file... something I should have known to do. Oh well, we learn from experience.
