ok so i got mine second hand and don't have the headphones with the remote and don't really fancy forking out money for them purely for the purpose of raising the volume when the quality would suck.. so i was thinking i can do a view hidden files thing on the ipod and see a whole bunch of system files would it be possible to find in the code somewhere the start up volume (which as i understand it is 75%) and change it to 100% ?
