iPod Alternate Audio on iPod

Hi,

I'm looking for anybody who has successfully encoded a DVD movie with both it's main audio track and the commentary track and have been able to switch between both using the Alternate Audio option on an iPod.

I can switch between audio tracks in iTunes, but on an iPod only one track will play.

Please help.

PS I've been using Handbrake.
