Alternative photoviewer to Mac Photos.app

I'm looking for an alternative to Mac's default Photos.app, which also supports HEIC.

I don't want to use Photos.app it because it messes up the folder structure. The folder structure is important to me, because I also have a windows laptop.

Also I think finder and preview are atrocious for viewing photos.
