Alternative to Apple Watch

So I was doing my due diligence on Apple watch competitors and all the big name companies seem to have similar features, similar prices and similar look.

I started to look into the "niche" or even "subculture" of wearable tech and its emerging brand. I came across this brand Dreamcanyon. Their products seem to definitely be a top contender in the wearables space if it can be seen over the big guys.

What do you guys think and what are your favorite alternatives?

I was thinking to get huawei watch when i get 6s+. I already have a smartwatch, but it works only with android. Unfortunately, at this point, android wear is still restricted in ios.
