Ugh...I've been relying on ClickToPlugin for several years and hadn't even noticed it was gone from Safari 10. Let us know if you find any good alternatives. :/
It's because you need to ENABLE Flash plugin.

Glad that fixed it for you guys for the time being. Unfortunately, Marc Hoyois (the author of those extensions) has stated C2P 3.2 is the last version.
