I've been using the Photos app for several generations of iPhone but I've never liked the design of the Albums and Recent. Is there a way in the Photos app or an alternative app that would simply let me organize photos into folders or albums and NOt have every single photo I've ever taken/saved in the Recents album? Having thousands of photos to look through would be much simpler if I could organize them better.

Thanks,
Carl

I use HashPhotos as a nicer interface to the Photos library and for storage, management and display of photos I want on my devices, I use Photo Manager Pro and sort/manage by folders within it.

Thanks for the tip about HashPhotos. I had never heard of it but tried it on your recommendation. What a gem it is! Cheers for that!

Glad it works for you. It is a nice, clean interface for the Photos library. I really like being able to see photo labels with file names.
