So I just jailbroke my iPhone and now it won't sync any music/pictures/apps. Is it possible to manually add music since I can now browse the system files on my iPhone? Maybe I could just upload the music files to /var/mobile/Media/iTunes_Control/Music/F00 or something like that? Anyone ever tried this before? So far I have had no success and I'm wondering if it's possible to get around the syncing problem this way.

You should still be able to sync, despite a jailbreak. I wouldn't put up with it instead restore and jailbreak again, perhaps using another program. Which program did you use to jailbreak in the first place?

I jailbroke my phone on 2.0 which is when the syncing problem started. Just upgraded from 2.0 to 2.0.1 and jailbroke that in hopes that it would fix my syncing problem, but I got no luck. Wouldn't work on pre-jailbroken 2.0.1 either. A while ago I also tried to go back to non-jailbroken 2.0 and it didn't work then either. Basically I haven't been able to sync since I first used my iPhone. Is there really no way to manually add music files using SFTP?
