Alternative way to Install Catalina?

So, my internet speed is terrible - The most I'll get is 4Mbps on a good day and it is incredibly unstable. There is nothing I can do about this as no other connection type is available in my area. As such it takes Catalina several hours to download and if there is any cut in the internet connection in those hours it cancels the download and when I restart again it starts again at zero.

I've tried it several times at different times of day, there will always be a blip in the line at some point.

Any ideas on how I get this update?

Library or college etc in your area? Obviously an Apple Store it sounds like isn’t an option. If you knew someone with a Mac that could DL and send it on flash drive. Everyone in your area also deals with thus slow internet bandwidth? Not enough alternatives for ISPs.
