I don't want my MBPro to power on when i open the lid. Nor do i want to use the touch ID button to boot it... is there any other way?

OP:

I don't think there's any way to do what you want.
Apple doesn't give us any option for these things.

Besides, you HAVE to use the touch ID button to boot into recovery.

I am confused. What other way would you like? I am seriously wondering since most devices do have power button and it is the only way to start them.

Ohh hang on guys u got me misunderstood. I can see that touch iD button can be clicked. That means that i dont need to give a finger print scan, in order to turn it on. Correct?

Yes, when clicked it behaves like an on/off button.

I thought that I had to use my fingerprint to turn it on.

Additionally, the fingerprint sensor isn‘t even active after a restart. You have to enter your password at least once (login) to unlock the sensor / fingerprint feature.
