Alternatives to AirPods/AirPods Pro that work with 2020 MBP 13"

Hi Y'all,
I'm getting back into the whole Apple-verse and have bought a 2020 13" MBP to go with my iPhone 11 Pro and my iPad 6th Gen. I'm looking at both earbud and over the head style wireless headphones that will work primarily with the MBP(the iPhone 11 Pro occasionally as well) and I'm just not that impressed by the AirPods and AirPods Pro to pay that kind of price for them. Do you all have any suggestions? Thank you ahead of time for any help that you can provide me. These are going to be used to listen to music while at work and watching youtube videos as well as gps navigation while driving school bus to places I've never been before or forget how to get to.

I use these, these and these (depending on what I'm doing). My wife uses these.

All of them work with the MBP. The QC35 can connect at the same time to 2 different devices. The others can not really, but they change seamlessly between different Apple devices.
