iPod alterPod and iPod Font

Hi

I was hoping someone could help me to add a font to my iPod that would have a wider range of unicode characters. Specifically, I wanted my iPod to display Hindi song names and artists. I found alterPod, but I'm not really sure how to use it to add a font onto iPod.
