Alum Apple Remote to Accompany iMac/Mini Update?

Given what we've already seen. I think the remote might be an accessory and not included in any updates.

i don't see why Apple isn't doing this already. its essentially the same as an ipod shuffle without the clip. heck, they could even allow you to custom engrave it.

how many people have remotes made out of alum? i guess the only real problem would be the battery but why not make it a rechargable remote?
