Aluminum keyboard compatability

Is the 2 battery version of the Bluetooth keyboard compatable with Mac OS X tiger? I just recently got a Mac mini g4 running great and want to know if I could try the slightly newer ALboard or if I need the old 3 battery one to use on tiger.

The two-battery keyboard officially requires Leopard (v10.5.8). But the basic functionality should™ work. I used a Magic Keyboard with Tiger. What you'll be missing out on are the shortcuts on the top row of the keyboard (brightness, volume, etc.)
