iPhone 14 Pro Max Always on Display widget update

Under AOD does your battery percentage widget updates when you are charging your iPhone?
On mine, if the displays goes AOD while the battery is charged 70%, until i tap the display, the battery percentage doesnt change from 70% not even after 1 day, i have to tap on the display for the widget to be updated.
Any other widgets have this issue? that doesnt update under AOD? I know at least the clock is working ...
 
Mine is doing this but for the time. Time stays static until I tap the screen then it jumps to current time.
