Always Open Links In Tabs?

Just hold the cmd (Apple) button when you click at the link/RSS feed. It will open in a new fan.;)
 
I'm pretty sure in Safari there's an option in the preferences on how to set that. I'm not on my Mac right now so sorry I can't tell you for sure.
