I've created a small cause that I'm hoping will gain some traction. At this point, I have no money for advertising, so for now I want to post my group's Facebook and/or Twitter pages when/wherever I am allowed to do so. I am aware that there is a no-soliciting rule that applies to signatures as well as to forum posts. Does it apply to the contact details as well?

The fourth point under the Advertising/soliciting/self-promotion section of the forum rules states the following:

Self-promotional links to your blog, video channel, product, business, etc. are limited to your forum signature and your Personal Details...

So yes, you can include a link to your Facebook or Twitter in your signature (just don't post simply to bring attention to your signature, or refer to the signature in the post content) and/or your personal details.
