I’m confused. With iOS 14 and earlier you could pull up a “Mark as Complete” option and tick off the box without having to go into the Reminders app. With iOS 15, the options have changed. Now there is “OPTIONS” and “CLEAR.”

Clear seems to just remove it from the Notification Center without marking complete. Options provides a list of options that seem more general for Reminders in the Notification Center.

Do i really have to open the Reminders app now to check off completed tasks? Or am I missing something?

Instead of swiping, just hold on the notification itself for a second or so and you'll get a menu that includes "Mark as Complete" as well as different snooze options.

Holy crap! Thank you! That was such an annoyance.

I don’t understand why Apple decided to hide the functionality that was there and replace it with these options, but at least the old option is there.
