Am I running into a Catalina Bug here?

I am trying to download this album here from archive.org, and while I get 482.1MB of data downloaded, both DBPoweramp and XLD are telling me there is no music in there. It is in FLAC format and I was trying to convert it to AIFF so I could play it.

I figured it out, it was a stupid permissions problem.

Glad you figured it out, Catalina is definitely more picky about permissions than older macOS versions.
