Other Am I the only one that prefers the Notch over the Pill? Why not a Dynamic Peninsula?

Not a fan of the pill. The notch was tucked away at the edge at least. This pill just looks awkward floating there by itself. An eye sore that can’t be ignored, with pixels and space above it that are useless and wasted. This really isn’t an advancement in anyway, just a change in location of the same hardware. Kind of pointless and a step backwards aesthetically in my mind.

Even the Dynamic Island could have just as easily been crafted to be a Dynamic Peninsula, with the top edge of the screen becoming a black border with the same information and control.

Right. It’s almost like they had to make SOME change for the sake of change to sell everyone on an upgrade. This phone is really about the camera upgrades and always-on-display.
