Am I the only one who doesn’t get ads on my Instagram feed/stories?

I’m very curious because it seems like I’m the only one who has never gotten ads/sponsored posts on my Instagram feed or stories.

I do not get adds but I'm new user and have only two posts so far.

I learning the app and TBH not sure I actually like it.

I’m curious too. I only noticed ads are an issue in Instagram from MacRumors recent article about the app.

Yes, I’m sure. I’ve had Instagram since it first launched and was incredibly active on the platform when I was still in high school. I’ve never experienced an ad throughout the entire time.

I do remember my friend complaining about ads on Instagram, and one time I did see a “sponsored” ad post on her phone’s feed which I’ve never encountered before.

Ah. So I’m not the only one. I have collected a good following and had 500+ posts since launch (however I recently archived them all on New Years).

Hmm, I don’t get ads even in a public account.
