After I download El Capitan, Safari and Chrome always crashed, stop moving, and freezes that I have to shut down the computer manually. Photoshop and lightroom some times shut down without any reasons. Why is this happening? I already contacted with Apple for several times and they still couldn't find the answer for this. I really assume that OS X itself is not stable and not optimized because of annual updates. What a disappointment.

I don't have major recurring problems with Safari (I don't use Chrome).

As for Adobe, do you have the current versions? I had a problem with an older version of Premiere Elements (2 versions behind, I think) where certain things wouldn't work and it would crash occasionally so I had to upgrade (not free, of course). I have a really old version of Acrobat (not the Reader) and certain things there don't work properly but there are workarounds and I'm holding out as long as possible before getting an upgrade. In Premiere, there were problems in Yosemite, but it was still usable.

It would help if you can give more information about the computer you're using - what model (including year) and how much RAM and disk capacity and free disk space you have, etc. What versions of Photoshop and Lightroom are you using (can't specifically help you there but maybe someone else can). Also, are you having issues with all the programs you run, or just the ones you listed.

Sorry, but I'm afraid your assumption that El Capitan is unstable is not supported by evidence. I've been running it happily since the beta on three Macs (a 2009 iMac, a 2011 MacBook Air and a 2015 MacBook Pro), and it's been solid and reliable.

I wouldn't call El Crapitan "solid and reliable"; I have it installed on a year and half old iMac and get constant beachballs (still, after 7 clean installs). It's usable, but not "reliable"

Testing in a new User will quickly tell you if the problem is system wide or if it's your User's folder that contains the problem.

CREATE A NEW USER

Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Users & Groups.
Switch to the New User by logging out/in or use Fast User Switching.
Optional: Login using an Apple ID. You can skip this. Select Don't sign in > continue > Skip

Only default Apple apps will be in the Dock in the new User. Go to Applications to open other apps you might want to test.

Do you still see the issue?

If yes, then the problem is with your base files.
If no, then the problem is in your User's folder.

Doesn't make sense. There are same applications from what I'm using on my user. I went to apple store for this issue and they still couldn't find this issue. I will going to talk about this with apple again but I really feel that OS X itself is not reliable and stable.

A new user is a clean environment to test. Most problems exist in your User's Library. You can quickly eliminate problems in your User's folder by testing in a new User. If the problems exist in the new User, then look at your base install.

Do what @dianeoforegon suggested first. If nothing is solved, do a clean install of the OS. I've been running 10.11 since the first public beta and no probs since a clean install. When I upgraded from Yosemite I had all kinds of probs. Clean install is a good fix.

If you have any third party 'security software' installed, completely uninstall it, reboot, then see if there's any improvement.

True, the mentioned "security software installation" is also a common cause. It works in many cases with "uninstall and reboot" action.
