Have you bought your MBA Rev B at Amazon?
If so did you get a good screen?
It seems that model 9C9A is the good one so which one did you get?

Sorry for the rather dumb question but I plan to buy from Amazon since I have some gift certificates from them and I think they are the best online retailer to buy from.

But I want to make sure they have got the good models and not the other screen models that seems to have the line issue more frequently.

Thanks

Yes, I bought mine from Amazon and everything is fine. Very happy with the machine and with Amazon.

I dont think there is anyway to judge this.
You may be lucky and life will be peachy, or you could get a lemon and you may become bitter.
;)

Either way just do it, and send it back if its defective.

Amazon likely receives a batch of devices. If 10% of products require returns it would be dealt with very quickly.

I got a perfect 1.86SSD from eBay for $2049. It wasn't too good to be true.
