Amazon imac 27 prices !!

Hi Guys

Would anyone recommend or have experience in buying an imac 27 from Amazon. They are selling the Imac 27 at different configurations, as most people know, with no tax and Free Shipping. Since I am located in California that would be a 10%. Most Imac sales thru Amazon is by OnSale and wondering if they are reliable.

I order things through amazon all of the time and their customer service is excellent. I would feel confident purchasing it through them. I would have purchased my new Imac but I wanted the larger hard drive and the only way to get it was to order through Apple.

I bought my iMac 27 2.8 from Amazon. It was listed for $1929. That's very good as I would have to pay $2164 with taxes coming from Apple. I chosed the free economy shipping and they delived in 2 days Maybe they thought: what kind of stupid cheap bastard buy a machine like that and ask to get it delivered on free economy ~10 days...
I bought another 2 notebooks this year and a lot more junk from Amazon... I love them!
The only problem I had was buying digital music (one track had a hiccup), but their customer service is very fast and provided me full refund for the album.

Yes, I'll recommend them as well--and I'll even admit to being an Amazon Fanboy. LOL I buy everything from them--even my 55 inch Samsung LCD. I'll be ordering a couple of iPod Touches from them soon as holiday presents. I would buy from Amazon as the first choice all things being equal--Apple would be the second choice.

Thanks for the info Guys. My last question is do you think come Black Friday, Amazon will have across the board discounts on their Imacs, just like Apple?

I don't recall seeing Black Friday sales on Apple products on Amazon in previous years.
