Why not use the iOS version of the Kindle app, while you wait for the M1 version?
The iOS version has not been released by Kindle to macOS.I haven't got around to to trying iOS apps on it yet. Bit, I will.
I’m confused. You connect your kindle to your computer for some reason? Why? Does it not just talk to Amazon over WiFi without the computer?I have been playing with my new MBP all day. I migrated everything from my mid-2012 MBP 15" and everything works that I have tested except for Kindle. Kindle starts, but it doesn't show any book cover images and when you try to open a book it just crashes.
This is simply laziness on Amazon's part.Might have to wait a while. Amazon is so bad with their updates. The Mac version of Kindle is so much worse than their iOS versions. I wonder if it'll be up to par now that they can just make a universal app.
He speaking about the Kindle app for macOS not the Kindle device. The latest Kindle app for macOS is messed up and crashes or won't load books. I reverted back to a previous version and it's working again. However, I'm still on Catalina.I’m confused. You connect your kindle to your computer for some reason? Why?
