I pre-ordered on the 18th and initially had an expected delivery for October 20th, but a couple days ago it changed to Friday October 15th. No more news or updates since.

Was it directly from amazon, or from a reseller? Since the start of the pandemic, i've seen my share of delivery date changes - most of the really excessive changes were through other sellers, amazon seemed to keep its estimates spot on.

Then like clockwork, I'd get a delivery estimate that said 10:00pm some night, I've learned that any delivery with such a late date won't come. I'll get a notice that it will be a day, two days or even a week later ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Even though I live in Seattle with major distribution centers (and headquarters) local, delivery times can get way out of whack. Even with Amazon Prime, I give expected delivery dates a 50% confidence level.

It says: Sold by: Amazon.com Services LLC, so I guess is direct.

Pre 2020, I never got a notice that the item won't arrive, now if I see a late night delivery time, its a 100% failure rate

At 8:00PM last night I got an email that my item was shipped and would arrive by 10:00PM. Right. Status now shows it as late, still sitting in their warehouse 12 miles away.
