I have an iPad with latest iOS on. I have the Amazon prime video app. I've downloaded a whole series for offline viewing.

I then go to settings I cloud and storage use and don't see the app with how much space is used. I can see my Videos app with the exact storage used.

I've restarted etc, is this an Amazon prime video bug, iOS bug? Can someone try please, I'm in UK if makes a difference.

Thanks

I’m testing now, give me a few minutes.

I’m using an iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 11 beta 2.

The app shows in my list as “prime video”

I’m downloading some offline viewing to see if that shows.

2 episodes of paw patrol downloaded and storage has gone from 6MB to nearly 500MB so it’s working for me.

Strange just tried on my iPhone 7 plus and it shows, but on my iPad air 2 it doesn't. It's there iPad I was asking about, but thanks for checking on iPhone. Don't suppose you have an iPad to try it as well please?

well contacted Amazon UK, they said its a known issue with iOS 11 beta apparently. I then asked them to read my email again, as I don't use iOS 11, I'm on latest iOS 10.3.2.

They then said the enviable; restart device and re-install....so I deleted my downloaded items of 20Gb...uninstalled/re-installed and downloaded some and surprised it was fixed, it now shows in the list of usage and changes as I'm downloading stuff.

...scratch that, after adding more its now in the list with "docs and data" of zero Kb, when theres about 9Gb according to iTunes on iMac and the amount I've downloaded probably correct..?
