Amazon rebate problems?

I just bought an Intel iMac from Amazon a week ago with a $125 rebate, but there was no mail-in rebate information in the box and the online rebate seems to not be working for me. Has anyone gotten their rebate to work or is anyone having the same problems that I am?

That's the online rebate system that is not working for me.

I e-mailed them about it but was wondering if anyone had a similar experience.

As for the Intel iMac, I'm not too sure of. But I have seen many a person have issues with getting iBook/other rebates lately. I'd give Amazon customer service a call since they're supposed to be pretty easy-going. Here's a link to a site/thread regarding a different Amazon rebate: linky.
