Amazon refusing refund for air pods pro 2

Hi, has anyone had experience with Amazon, ordered air pods pro second generation then realised I wanted the usb c ones so as soon as they arrived I returned them without breaking any seals, Amazon have emailed saying they’ve not received the right item and refusing refund 😡😡😡

I've not had that problem. You'd think Amazon would have a record of the serial number, and that they could compare that with the returned item.

If you used a credit card I think I'd call your credit card company. Of course if it was Amazon credit account I'm not sure about if that would work. Best of luck. I can see how easy it would be to confuse the two products.

Huh, that's odd. I'm buying from Amazon for 20 years now and never ever had any problems with returning anything.
