iPhone 6(S)/Plus Amazon Smishing

I got a text that I thought was legitimate from Amazon Prime surprise. But now I think it was a smishing scam. What do I need to do. I started to fill out the info but stopped before I gave them a phone number. I have turned off the WIFI and turned off cellular data. If they have installed malware how do I remove it?
