MP 1,1-5,1 AMD RX 580 issue? When I drag a window - full screen goes red..

It's very annoying. From 'left mouse click down' on window drag point (usually window header) through to the point where I release the 'left mouse click', after the window has been moved to a new location, the whole screen goes red.

Any one else experience this?

Is is related to my 4K display, my screen recording software or the AMD GPU? these are my 3 best guesses..

Don't have this issue with dual screens (QHD) in Mojave.
Didn't have it in HS either, so I think rule out gpu.

Are you running a patched OS on a non-supported Mac? I ask because something similar happened to me (randomly) using an earlier patched version of High Sierra on an MP3,1 with a Radeon 7950.

Hasn't happened since I upgraded the machine to the latest patched version of Catalina.
