Even before my replacement iPhone arrived today, I noticed I was no longer getting notifications when my Amex was swiped anywhere or used online. It also had a transaction list if you would go to wallet, click the info icon, even transactions not from Apple Pay. I loved this feature as I knew whenever my card or number was used anywhere.

Now, this feature seems to have vanished as of Wednesday? I wonder why Amex quit it?

Thanks!

Just a stab in the dark, really, but have you confirmed that "Transaction History" is still on?

It seems to be hit or miss as far as what cards or banks support that unfortunately. It's possible something has changed.

It seems to not even be an option for Amex now, unless I'm missing it. I did really enjoy it, a real shame.

Just curious, are you in the US? My Amex card still has the "Transaction History" switch, and is showing my last two transactions (neither of which were Apple Pay).

As far as I'm aware, Amex, Chase, and Wells Fargo all have Transaction History notifications still in effect. I have accounts with all three. Make sure it's still turned on.

Wow. This is very strange. The option truly disappeared from my phone on BOTH of my Amex. Yes, I am in the U.S. I sure hope it returns soon!

UPDATE - I deleted each of the cards with the missing transaction history. I re-added them, and now the transaction history is back with the option to turn it off and on. I have no idea why that happened! Glad I took the gamble to delete the cards and add them back!
