So, there is this app on my ipad that wont dissapear no matter how many times I delete it. It's called scotch. I never downloaded it. My apple id isnt hooked into anything else and no one,excluding myself, knows the password. That's problem number one. The second issue is that the ipad died yesterday morning, and when I plugged it in it showed that it was charging, then that it was turning off, then that it was charging again. It's been doing that ever since and I have no idea what to do. I could use some help.

You should probably restore with iTunes. If iTunes can't see it because it's in a boot loop, look up how to put your device in either restore mode or DFU mode.
