An app or a way to block a contact but STILL receive text msgs

Hi people!!

As the title describes
Simply looking for a way to black a contact from my list. So they cannot call me.
However i would still be able to receive txt msgs from them!

It's all or nothing from the phone itself. Maybe there's a jailbreak tweak, I don't know. Should be able to set it up through your carrier though. I know on Sprint I can do that, or block text and allow calls from a number.
