Guys I developed an app and named it NoDown, NoDown uses the sensor on your AirPods Pro/ gen 3/ Max to monitor head-downs, Wear your AirPods, when you bow your head, and last for a certain time, the app will remind you by phone vibrating and voice feedback

Because of bad habits, the so-called text neck often happens to me. Studies have shown that the burden on the neck is 30 lbs when your head is lowered at an angle of 15°, and the burden on the neck will double for every increase of 15°. To protect your spine, start by reducing the repetitions you bow your head.

Using mobile phones may be the most frequent activity in our daily life besides sleeping, and text neck happens most often when using mobile phones. With the help of this app, it is as if there is someone sitting next to you reminding you to pay attention to the cervical spine

You can also use it to correct child's sitting posture, ask your child to wear AirPods while doing homework (no need to play any sound).

This app will be free for a limited time from 01/14/2023 to 01/15/2023, hope you guys like this app. Thanks
