I don't think Apple would care much.

Someone's buying it. If it breaks, the warranty is voided, so you just gotta buy a new one.
Apple's getting their money either way. *shrug*

that being said, I sooo want one! :p

Probably because they are still laughing too hard. If Apple comes out with a tablet it'd gonna be a lot better than that.

Well OK...no warranty. I guess that's why they aren't too upset. Though a part from their license agreement about modification:

"you may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Apple Software or any part thereof."

How many drivers did they have to fool to make the tablet work?
