iPad Pro An iPadOS overhaul around the corner?

M1 processor + thunderbolt support, feels like apple is planning to make iPadOS a more ‘real’ computer.
Come on, they show off that the new iPad Pro can connect to the 6k XDR display, to just mirror this 4:3 iPad screen? I’m not buying it.

the question is, how will apple implement it, how will it differ from the macOS.

They are two different OS, but they can have ‘universal’ apps, and then maybe ’universal os’?

I don't think we will see change until M1 is in the Non pro iPads.
When you have M1 Air for 500 than you will see the pro apps
