An unknown error occurred (-23)

Does anyone know what this error is. It's coming up trying to update to 2.02 from iTunes.

I've tried the normal reboot, reset, eject and etc already.

this same error is happening for me. some people have said the firefox is not compatable with itunes, and to make sure that you have internet explorer set as your default browser, and have at least flash player 9. this didnt work for me, but is working for a lot of other people.

Firefox 3.0.6 latest with flash player 10 latest never seen this error in iTunes. Also never seen it with the older firefox 2 with latest iTunes. Firefox set as default browser.

I'd guess that contacting apple about this error would be fruitless as iTunes says its unknown so how would apple know! lol
hope you fix it.

What OS are you on inc SP and what model iPhone do you have?
