It seems like Anand just recently discovered that the older MacBook Air were throttling, which is kind of surprising given how much attention it have gotten from these boards.
He finds that the new Airs don't throttle like the old model, hence giving them the edge compared to even the 2008 MacBook Air (even though it has a faster processor).
However, the interesting thing is really the battery tests he makes (in particular the light workload).
Have in mind though that he only reviews the base models (11" MacBook Air, 1.4Ghz Core 2 Duo, 2GB ram, 64GB SSD and the 13" MacBook Air, 1.86Ghz Core 2 Duo, 2GB ram, 128GB SSD).
