No, you haven't.

The phone doesn't work properly without an accessory, case, bumper, etc. You're no where near the heart of the problem, your trying to save face and make everyone happy and the media pipe down.

The heart of the problem would be fixing a phone and making sure it doesn't lose bars without a case. Like my 3G!
