I’m surprised there’s not much discussion surrounding OneUI 7 among this thread… this is supposedly the biggest One UI update since the introduction of it.

Plenty of changes are being made… evident by the fact it’s being delayed. I’m really excited about seeing it on the Galaxy Fold… but highly doubt I see it this year. At this point… Samsung is focused on beta testing on the S24 and S23 series, but I do think that they are really putting a lot of time into the S25 series for OneUI 7.

We don't have a thread here talking about Android OS (Android, Pixel, OneUI) and with updates like Android 15 and One UI7 coming soon (Or already here), I figured maybe one is warranted.

I'm excited for One UI7. Looks like it's going to be a massive update. Hopefully we get a little more AI features than currently. I don't really use the AI features that much anyway, but I would like to.

I’m curious what AI features are you looking for?

About the only thing I use is the Object Eraser tool… not really a fan of the drawing assist feature, I kinda wish they take a page out of Google book and implement that reimagine feature.

I'm still trying to learn it, but a lot of the AI features now are either a glorified spell/grammer check or photo editor and for some reason I keep forgetting that they are there. Right now I think it only works on the samsung internet browser. It should be able to work on any browser. I do like summarizing texts though.

Already got the November Security patch today. This is probably the quickest I've gotten a security patch for the Samsung Ultra since I got the phone. I think October and September didn't come until 2 weeks into the month.

Pixel UI might have the best aesthetically pleasing OS out of Android… but it’s too limited for me.

I need a lil bit more out of Android than what Pixel has to offer.

Already got the November Security patch today. This is probably the quickest I've gotten a security patch for the Samsung Ultra since I got the phone. I think October and September didn't come until 2 weeks into the month.

Awaiting the November patch on my Fold 6, hopefully it comes soon… the recent apps bug needs fixing.

One UI 7.0 beta could start early next week

According to a new report, the One UI 7.0 beta could come as early as next week and bring a slew of new functions to Samsung Galaxy phones.

Finally! Even though, it won’t be available for Galaxy Fold devices on the initial beta launch… but I’m excited to see what One UI 7 has for tablet-sized devices.

Is the new updates usually a February release. Maybe I got caught up in the excitement of Apple releasing theirs but I would have thought One UI 7 would have been released pretty soon. I know it was delayed, but this has been quite a delay.
