I saw people wondering a week ago on the forums if the new iTunes is needed for the iPad, and Andy Ihnatko on on live.twit.tv just said he can't put his own content on yet because Apple hasn't been able to give him a copy of 9.1, which is needed.

9.1 just came out the other day and it sounds like he's had it for a week.

He said in his review, he got it "a week into his review" and he "got the device in NY last week," so I'm betting he got 9.1 yesterday like the rest of us.

He also did claim to download them via box.net and e-mail.
