Angling a layer in PSE

I have a question about photoshop elements. I am makeing a lock, as seen on http://www.emorydunn.com/Lock/Grey.jpg . Now if you notice, the apple logo is strait, whereas the rest of the lock is at an angle.

I can not figure out how to make the apple logo angled like the rest of the lock. Any suggestions?

not sure if pse can do it but it should be given a perspective (edit, transform, perspective)

I figured it out. All it took was upgrading to PSE 4.0, and then all you need to do it "Image":"Transform":"Perspective"
