Animated iCloud icon in iTunes?

Ok, dumb question, but in my iTunes, next to the "Music" under Library, the little iCloud icon continually has stripes moving across it. Is this normal or an indication that something is wrong?

Same thing here. Not sure if that's normal.

That means that it's having a hard time connecting to Apple's servers for the cloud portion of your library. I had this issue a ton before the most recent update, but since the update, I haven't noticed it.
