Animated screensaver doesn't stop after unlock

I mentioned second time, that animated wallpapers doesn't stop after unlock. It's very annoying and disturbing. Anyone else mentioned this?

Really don't know. I want it too as feature at first, but it's very disturbing, trust me. And it consumes some resources.
I don't know how to invoke this. Only restart for fix. Even when I try to change any animated wallpaper, it don't stop. Only after I pick some statick and uncheck "use as screensaver" it will stop. But then when I select animated one it start happening again.
