Any advice out there on the best software for creating animated cartoons? So far, I've uncovered Toon Boom Studio--which looks very good but I'd like to know if there's a Photoshop-standard type application for this that I should be aware of. Since I work on both Mac & PC platforms the software could be for either one but I'd prefer a Mac product. THanks. :)

Flash is also a good app for doing cartoon - especially if you end up putting them on the web. You can get several books that go over the techniques you'd need to create your cartoons in Flash.

Good luck,

That's a good idea, thank you.
