I've noticed an issue with the iOS 9.3 betas (since beta 3) and now it's more apparent on beta 4.

Basically the animations on some iOS apps and even third party apps break, and this can be most apparent in apps like Whatsapp and the Messages app (moving between pages, keyboard animation when activated, etc.)

I've also noticed that animations in the SpringBoard can also break (those that appear when opening apps, folders, etc.) if you attempt to reply to messages in landscape mode from the notifications.

Is anyone else experiencing this on the 9.3 betas?

Thanks for any feedback!

EDIT: This is still present on beta 5 and seems to be related to Assistive Touch.

I believe some people have been noticing something along those lines on and off since the iOS 9 betas essentially.

Not seeing this on my 5S.

Just tested Messages for example. Going into multiple conversations, having keyboard open, exiting to main conversation screen, etc (every possible combination of different screens/with and without keyboard). Not seeing any animation issues at all.

Only animation stutter I see is the very first time the keyboard is brought up after a reboot, similarly opening a folder for the first time after a reboot - after that all animations are perfect.

not happening here

Try changing from portrait to landscape on Messages while the keyboard is up

Yeah, interestingly enough this only occurs sometimes. I will see if I can find a way to replicate it.

Im on ios 9.2 and it happens in third part apps and even in phones own apps like setting snd other.i had iphone 6 before and it was happened on that phone with ios 8

What I've observed is that the folder animations from the dock are exceptionally glitchy in my mini 2. Elsewhere they are fine. But for folders in the dock!

Im having this issue since 9.1
Mostly on every third party app, and i dont know what triggers this, but after i close the app it goes back to normal for a while then the issue comes back again after some use
It affects the transitions, animations and the keyboard behavior

The stupid text blinking under "Artists" in Music is still there. Every time you tap or scroll the text list blinks. Been there for months.......how do they not notice this crap.

The amount of stupid ridiculous interface glitches are beyond belief since iOS 7. Sure they aren't show stoppers but they show the lack of polish that used to be the gold standard.

I see it on iPad Air 2. I dont have the latest beta on my 6S yet. However its on 9.2 on all devices. On iPhone if you are browsing "My Music" by artist then select that artist and back out to the artist selection again, the list blinks. On iPad since its a split view any artist you select will cause the list to blink. Others have reported the same thing. Obviously this will never get fixed as low priority bugs are a crap shoot to ever get fixed. And there are a lot of them in recent years. Not show stoppers but theres a reason for all the bad press lately on Apples software QA.

This is exactly what I'm talking about but I didn't notice it on 9.1. I'm only noticing this on the 9.3 betas and it's more apparenent on beta 3 than any other beta (better on beta 4).
